My work is about increasing our capacity to meet a complex and uncertain world through embodied, relational and playful methods. I work across three sectors: business, education and research.
For a long time we have trained ourselves to predict, optimise and remove uncertainty. But more and more, the world is defined by variation, disruption and the unexpected. In a world like that, clear answers are often not available, and what matters is the ability to stay present, curious and capable inside not knowing.
I don't see this capacity as only a matter of knowledge or analytical skill. I see it as something we live and practise: in the body, between people, and in action. That is why I work through somatic, relational and playful methods, and why my work takes three forms: I offer trainings and organisational learning programmes, I design and teach educational programmes and I'm entering the journey of academic research.
Organisations

As our world is more and more defined by the unpredictable fluctuations, we cannot run our organisations only by foresight. Foresight is like standing on one leg, it works so long we can see far and the ground is steady. That is no longer the case. Instead, we need to become robust as humans and organisations.
Education

Educational institutions are transforming in the face of AI and the polycrises. Our current form and content of education doesn't meet with the demands of the highly complex issues at hand. In order to respond to them, we need to learn new capacities. I have designed educational programmes at university and high school level.

We have a complexity-gap in our society. Because the world and its problems is increasingly complex, we must learn to hold complexity and tolerate uncertainty better across institutions and sectors. My hypothesis is that the capacity to hold complexity is in our body. I am embarking on a research journey.
