JHL-opisto - Embodied trainings for systems thinking

How can we better understand our role as part of a living system? How can HR-specialists use this understanding in their work?

JHL-Opisto - Embodied workshops for systems thinking

What

As part of the JHL Institute’s Development Training Program, the HR-specialists from around Finland learnt in this Embodied Systems Thinking workshop about systems thinking and how systems view can help their work in HR. In the workshop participants practiced skills such as playful presence, holding complexity, and tolerating uncertainty. Through insightful exercises, participants experienced being part of a living system, their own agency, and the transformation of the system without controlling it.
